A structured specification of an AI agent's operating context in doctoral research. The harness names seven components — knowledge base, interpretive permissions, tools, authority, scope register, process record, and amendment protocol — so that a researcher working with an AI agent stays the analyst, judge, and author of their own inquiry. Published as a preprint and a one-page guide, now developing into a tested intervention.
A professional-development portfolio system built on one model: a progression framework against which you map claims, backed by evidence, producing a portfolio whose coverage and gaps drive the next move. Framework-agnostic — it serves CPD audits, fellowship and promotion applications, regulator validation, and student learning portfolios. A hosted prototype is live and running a pilot with University of Lincoln staff, heading toward a commercial build.
A curriculum knowledge graph that turns programme documentation into queryable infrastructure. Curriculum structure, learning outcomes, assessment alignment, and regulatory standards are modelled as a graph staff can interrogate in plain language — turning quality-assurance and compliance checks that take weeks into ones that take minutes. A Snapplify product I work on as a partner and consultant.
