What I’m working on
Most of my attention at the moment goes on building Path, software that gives professional development a framework to work within. Alongside that, I’m thinking about how AI is changing scholarship in higher and professional education.
The projects I’m working on:
- Path: software for planning career progression. You aim at a standard, gather evidence as you go, and build the case for your next step. It’s publicly released, with a waiting list open.
- Vertex: a curriculum knowledge graph for natural-language querying, quality assurance, and compliance.
- The research harness: a structured operating context for working with AI agents in doctoral research, and increasingly in scholarship more broadly.
Writing:
- Still Yours, a book on AI for doctoral researchers with Springer Nature, co-authored with Benita Olivier, and a chapter for a Springer reference volume on AI in medical education.
